Mission
Eric is committed to comfortable, safe, energy efficient homes and businesses. His technical background and deep knowledge of systems, combined with proper design skills, ensures that HVAC systems function properly, ensuring that the end user receives maximum benefit from their investment.
Expertise
Eric has over thirty-nine years in the HVAC industry. He began his career as an HVAC Installation Technician in 1984. He joined the Betlem Service team in 1990 and, was promoted to Service Manager in 1994. In 2004 he was named General Manager of the Residential Division which services all of the cities and towns in the Greater Rochester Metropolitan Area.
In 1991 Eric completed a four-year apprenticeship program with Associated Builders and Contractors. Since then, he has acquired many industry certifications and taken hundreds of training classes to stay up-to-date with the newest technologies and programs in the industry. His experience and training in residential, light commercial, and advanced HVAC technology, combined with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, contribute to his ongoing success at Betlem.
Responsibilities
Eric handles all the organizational needs of the Division. He works directly with its department heads, salespeople and technicians to maintain a high level of customer service. His responsibilities also include project sales in the residential, light commercial construction and custom home markets. From time-to-time, he can be found to personally handle complex heating, air conditioning and ventilation service issues.
Personal Side
Eric enjoys spending time with his wife of thirty-one years and their two grown daughters. He enjoys golf, fishing, traveling, and watching professional baseball and football with his friends.
