How long have you worked in the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry ?

I have worked in the HVAC industry since 1991, first as a tech and, later on as a comfort consultant. I have enjoyed every moment of being on the Betlem team and serving the Rochester area.

Responsibilities as Heating & Cooling Consultant?

My primary goal as a comfort advisor is customer satisfaction. I use my twenty-five+ years of HVAC experience to assist customers in obtaining the home comfort systems and services that best fit their needs and budget. I start by evaluating their present equipment and duct system as well as the layout and construction of their home. Next, I meet with the homeowners and present them with a variety of custom system options. Each system option is energy efficient and designed to help cut energy bills, fix hot and cold spots in the home and improve indoor air quality.

Special training, credentials or accomplishments?

Upon completion of coursework and training at a local HVAC school, I began my career as an installer technician with a local Rochester HVAC company. I advanced quickly in the company to become an installation crew leader. After approximately four years, I was asked to join their sales team. A short time later, I became the organization's sales manager. For the next fifteen years I helped run the company’s residential division. Throughout my career I have attended many seminars, taken many courses and have obtained certifications to keep myself up-to-date on the ever-changing HVAC industry - all with the ultimate goal of best meeting the needs of homeowners.

Life outside of Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?

My wife Gina Lynn and I have been happily married for nearly 35 years and we have raised two, successful children, Frank IV and Paige Elizabeth. Both have recently moved back to Rochester from out-of-state schooling and employment opportunities. This could not have made my wife any happier.

Anything else worth knowing about Frank?

After a busy week of fulfilling my customers’ needs, I enjoy spending most of my free time with family - cooking, eating Sunday dinner and watching football on TV. I also like golfing with family and friends and boating on Conesus Lake and Irondequoit Bay. Oh… I used to own a Pizza, & Pasta restaurant in the late 1980s…feel free to ask me for a recipe, I have many good ones! :)
