How long have you worked in the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry ?

I have worked in the HVAC industry for the past twelve years. I started my career as an apprentice, surrounded by some of the best technicians in the Rochester area. Their great support and teaching allowed me to quickly move up the ranks. I then moved into the installation department where I worked on hundreds of equipment installations. Next, I joined the service department. I worked as a service technician the majority of my time in the field. I have maintained and repaired a vast array of residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment over thousands of service calls. Today, I work as a Home Comfort Advisor, where my vast HVAC knowledge and dedication to customer service are my greatest assets.

As a home comfort advisor, it is my responsibility to provide efficient home comfort solutions that best fit our customer’s needs and budget, while providing superior customer service.

Special training, credentials or accomplishments?

I began my career by attending MCC where I earned my associates degree in HVAC/R technology. It has provided a great foundation to continue my education, hands-on. During my time in the field, I had the opportunity to take several continuing education classes provided by some of the industry’s leading manufacturers to stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC innovation. Additionally, I have achieved North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certifications in both heating and air conditioning.

Life outside of Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?

I met my amazing wife Katie in 2016 and we married in 2020. In our free time, we love spending time with our family and friends. I also enjoy playing the drums, golfing and watching the Buffalo Bills every chance I get.
