How long with Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?
I joined the Betlem Residential team in March of 2014.
Responsibilities as Customer Service Coordinator?
I process invoices for the residential service and energy departments. I also schedule home energy audits and assist customers with the energy programs offered through New York State. I take pride that I save our customers money by assisting them in taking measures to make their homes more energy efficient.
Special training, credentials or accomplishments?
In 2003 I completed my Associates Degree in Business Finance while working as a Property Manager for a local real estate company. The next chapter of my career was in banking as an Assistant Branch Manager for Superior Bank. In 2009 I started my family and was fortunate enough to spend the next few years at home caring for my young children and my grandfather. I am happy to be back in the work force again and I consider myself lucky to have found a home here at Betlem Residential.
Life outside of Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning?
Most of my down time is spent with my children and watching them grow. We enjoy cooking, art projects, games and cuddling up for a good movie.
